Liz Conway
Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer

Liz joined the Community Foundation in September 2024. In her role as CEO/COO, she spearheads the Foundation’s mission to enhance the quality of life for all citizens of Isabella County through local philanthropy and community leadership.

Tera Albrecht
Administrative Officer

Tera Joined the Community Foundation in July 2023. Tera handles administrative tasks like gift entry and acknowledgments, event tickets, meeting scheduling, record keeping, reporting and correspondence. Contact her for assistance with gift envelopes and receipts, pledge reminders, fund statements, vendor payments, and changes to contact information.

Jaimie Capen-Cascaddan
Program Officer

Jaimie joined the Community Foundation staff in August 2019. Jaimie works most closely with the Foundation’s Scholarship and Grant Review Committees. Contact her for support related to grant and scholarship applications, forms and reports, as well as nonprofit capacity-building resources and training.
