Elmer and Mary Feltman Health Care Professional Scholarship Fund

The Elmer and Mary Feltman Health Care Professional Scholarship Fund was created in 2024 to provide scholarship(s) to students of any age who have been accepted into a medical training program.

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicant shall be a graduate of an Isabella County high school;

• Applicant shall have been accepted into medical school, nursing program or EMT training program; and

• Applicant shall demonstrate financial need.

Preferences:

In selecting the most qualified applicant to receive the scholarship among those meeting all criteria above, reviewers should give preference to the following, listed in priority order:

• Applicant has demonstrated their interest in a medical based profession by their volunteerism, employment or other involvement

• Applicant has expressed and interest and passion for the medical profession, as described in the applicant’s written essay.
