Jim and Joan Hornak Family Christian Counseling Fund 

The Jim and Joan Hornak Family Christian Counseling Fund was established by James E. Hornak and N. Joan Hornak to establish a permanent endowed fund to support Christian Counseling of Mid-Michigan’s mission.

Christian Counseling of Mid-Michigan (CCMM) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was established in 2008. CCMM provides affordable, faith-based mental health services for those across the Mid-Michigan region.

CCMM licensed therapists are committed to integrating Christian values with their therapy methods to promote healing for those who may feel lost. Christian Counseling of Mid-Michigan proudly welcomes children, adults, families, and couples of any faith background. The Jim and Joan Hornak Family Christian Counseling Fund will continue to support the efforts of Christian Counseling of Mid-Michigan.
