Isabella Citizens for Health Fund
Isabella Citizens for Health (ICH) was established in 2010 for the purpose of building a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Isabella County. In February 2013, ICH opened a community health center that provides comprehensive primary care to people of all ages in the Isabella County area, regardless of their ability to pay. Through collaborative partnerships for mental health, behavioral health, dental care, specialty care, and hospital services, ICH patients have access to an extensive network of services in Central Michigan. A pediatrics office was opened in 2015 directly across from the main clinic to better serve our community’s children.
The Isabella Citizens for Health Fund is an endowed fund that provides an opportunity for community members to support the health center long term so that ICH can continue to provide residents of the Central Michigan area with access to comprehensive primary care. The mission of ICH is to provide the highest level of health care, yielding an improved quality of life in Isabella County.
